To pay for his studies in Business Economics, he soon turned to the hospitality industry. Earning money while spending it differently was a double profit. During his career in IT as a consultant and later in financial services in various management positions, he was never able to completely let go of the hospitality industry. In 2015, therefore, he did not have to think long about making the switch to catering automation. The combination of process optimization and advanced technical solutions in the hospitality industry was - and still is - the proverbial icing on the cake for this professional.

This pioneer in catering automation has been at the basis of the first revolution in the Dutch catering industry; order wirelessly. Before and during his Industrial Automation studies and a follow-up study in Economics, Arjan worked in the hospitality industry, where he came up with the idea of ​​taking orders in a more efficient way. This has been the basis of the success of his company Adnamics. Arjan is always looking for innovative solutions that support the hospitality industry and maximize the guest experience.

Owen has more than earned his spurs within the hospitality industry automation. This self-made man ended up in the hospitality industry after completing the LTS and never left. After a lunchroom, party center, pub, party café and grand café, this centipede started in catering automation to share his knowledge with other catering entrepreneurs. For over 20 years he has been combining his technical affinity with his passion for the hospitality industry. Owen knows like no other what is going on in the workplace and monitors the quality of the solution offered.

As part of his Business IT & Management study, he did an internship in catering automation. With his preference for catering - during his studies he worked in various catering establishments - and knowledge of process optimization, he was immediately like a fish in water. It therefore came as no surprise to anyone that he converted his internship into permanent employment. Sander is committed to making new technologies applicable for the hospitality industry on a daily basis. He is now an expert in linking the best solutions (or having them linked) and is therefore the linking pin between the desired functionality and the technical translation.
